RES features a QS-9000, fully automated factory that specializes in building sophisticated RF assemblies for internal or external customers. RES's manufacturing area is supported by problem solving Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who insure production yields are maximized and production down-time is minimized.

In the event of line stopping manufacturing problems, these engineers not only identify the cause, but also develop several corrective action plans before involving the responsible product group. In the unlikely event of a field failure problem, RES has an efficient quality control system in place, which can trace key component lots to the particular printed circuit boards.
